Return Products
Once you have received a EOL returns number, ship the products to us.
Inspection
Once we receive the returned products we will inspect them.
Voucher
we will send you a 5% voucher off your replacement light Engine / insert.
Products we will take back under this Scheme:
Unfortunately we are not able to take back GU10 lamps and other Light Engines under this scheme as they were not designed for re-manufacture.
However if you wish to return them to us we will ensure they are re-cycled as opposed to ending up in Landfill.
